People of all ages have come to share the fun. No one seems to notice that they are getting a work-out, they are busy laughing and having fun together. Black belts and novices, kids and grandparents all supporting each other to do the best they can.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Those of us who stay for yoga have been enjoying the dreamy feeling of tuning in as the sun goes down. Movement meditation and strength cultivation in the dimming light of autumn evenings leaves us feeling connected and grateful at the start of the week. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As always, classes in Dowelltown are free, but donations are always very much appreciated. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks for everything, you guys. I love it! The space smells clean, lots of natural light, plenty of space and lots of great folks have been showing up. I am moving the Monday evening class down the hill to the city hall too. 6pm...same class, new location. I sure hope that folks will drive the little extra distance to practice with us. Dowelltown City Hall classes are always free, but donations are appreciated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caeleb has agreed to teach a restorative class on Monday mornings at 8:30. In addition to his certification in hatha yoga, he also has experience in qi gong, which he brings to class. It is a very balancing, energizing class that adapts for injuries and modifies for all body types. You can get a lot out of it if you're 20 or 85.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I truly enjoyed last Monday's practice, and the sense of community that develops as this group of people get to know each other.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Help us get the word out and let people know about yoga!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next Monday Philip Burns is bringing a cardio/self-defense class to Dowelltown. Kids are invited at 5:15pm. Adults will practice at 7pm (after yoga). Please join us as we work out the details of this new, exciting class.
